SEOUL (Yonhap) -- The following is a chronological review of major developments related to North Korea between Feb. 25-March 3.
25 Kim Yong-nam, president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly (SPA), meets with Daulat Hotma Audison Passaribu, Indonesian ambassador to the DPRK (North Korea), who paid a farewell call on him at the Mansudae Assembly Hall in Pyongyang.
25 An annual meeting of the Korean Committee for Solidarity with Cuba is held at the Taedong River Diplomatic Corps Club in Pyongyang.
25 A spokesman for the General Staff of the (North) Korean People's Army (KPA) criticizes "the U.S. imperialists and the warmongers of the South Korean puppet army" for staging their annual Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military exercises, which begin March 8.

25 An inter-governmental agreement on joint construction, management and preservation of a bridge over the Amnok (Yalu) River on the DPRK-China border is made between the DPRK and China in Dandong City in China.
26 The (North) Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reports a relevant institution of the DPRK recently detained four South Koreans who illegally entered it, saying they were under investigation by the institution.
26 Rodong Sinmun says the working class in the DPRK is the vanguard steering the era of a great surge and a mainstay for building an economic power.
26 Kim Yong-nam sends a congratulatory message to Viktor Yanukovich upon his election as Ukrainian president.
26 The minutes of talks between economic delegations of the DPRK and Vietnam in Pyongyang are signed off on by both parties.
26 The sports contest for the Mount Paektu Prize, which was opened to celebrate the birthday of leader Kim Jong-il, closes at the Basketball Gymnasium on Chongchun Street in Pyongyang.

28 The KCNA says North Korea produced posters encouraging the masses to the struggle to implement the tasks set forth in the joint calls issued by the Central Committee and the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of (North) Korea (WPK) on the occasion of its 65th founding anniversary.
28 The 11th meeting of the Joint Presidium of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea's Reunification (Pomminryon) is held in the North and the South and abroad by way of exchanging facsimile messages.
28 In the run-up to the 91st anniversary of the March 1 Popular Uprising in Korea, a spokesman for the Measure Committee for the Issue of Former Korean "Comfort Women" for Japanese Army and Drafting Victims urges Japan to apologize for its past crimes.
28 Kim Yong-nam sends a message of sympathy to Michelle Bachelet, president of Chile, regarding the great losses suffered by the country after it was shaken by a strong earthquake on Feb. 27.
