S. Korea to ink deal to tap Armenian copper mine

SEOUL, March 6 (Yonhap) -- The state-run Korea Resources Corp. (KORES) will sign a preliminary deal with the Armenian government to jointly tap a copper and molybdenum mine, the company said Saturday.

The deal will be signed Saturday (Armenian time), the South Korean company said.

The mine is located in Teghut, 110 kilometers north of Yerevan, the capital of the Central Asian country.
