SEOUL (Yonhap) -- The following is a chronological review of major developments related to North Korea from Feb. 14-20, 2013.
14 The 17th Kimjongilia Festival is opened with due ceremony in Pyongyang to mark the birth anniversary of late leader Kim Jong-il.
