SEOUL, April 15 (Yonhap) -- South Korean boy band EXO will return to the local and Chinese music scenes next week with a new album, the group's management agency said Tuesday.

"Overdose," the second mini-album by the group, will be released on Monday next week with five new songs -- title track "Moonlight," "Thunder," "Run" and "Love Love Love" -- according to S.M. Entertainment.

As the 12-member group work in two units in South Korea and China, the new album will be released both in Korean and Chinese language versions, the company said.

Before the album's release, the Korean unit "EXO-K" is scheduled to appear on music programs of major television networks such as KBS, MBC and SBS.

"EXO-M," the Chinese unit, will hold a news conference marking its comeback to the Chinese market and present some of the new songs during a music program on China's predominant state television broadcaster CCTV on Saturday, according to S.M.

On Tuesday evening, EXO is to mark its comeback with a show at Jamsil Gymnasium in Seoul.
