INCHEON, Sept. 27 (Yonhap) -- North Korea's Jong Hak-jin claimed the gold in the men's 57㎏ freestyle wrestling on Saturday, winning the first gold medal up for grabs in the sport at the Incheon Asian Games.
Jong beat Rassul Kaliyev of Kazakhstan 8-6 in the final at Dowon Gymnasium.
South Korea's Yun Jun-sik and Mongolia's Batbold Nomin shared bronze in the weight class.

In the men's 70㎏ freestyle final, meanwhile, South Korea's Oh Man-ho lost to Bekzod Abdurakhmonov of Uzbekistan 7-2 to gain silver.
Oh edged out North Korea's Jang Myong-song in the semis but failed to overcome the Uzbek, who finished third in the world wrestling championships earlier this month, in the gold-medal competition.
