N.K. to hold parliamentary session in late June

SEOUL, June 9 (Yonhap) -- North Korea plans to convene a session of the Supreme People's Assembly (SPA) in Pyongyang in late June, the communist country's state media said Thursday.

The presidium of the SPA, the North's rubber-stamp parliament, promulgated the decision to hold the fourth session of the assembly on June 29, according to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).
