4 dead, 16 injured in car pileup

PYEONGCHANG, July 17 (Yonhap) -- Four people were killed and 16 others were injured on Sunday as five vehicles piled up on an expressway in Gangwon Province, police said.
The collision took place at 5:54 p.m. on the Seoul-bound side of the Yeongdong Expressway, and those injured were taken to nearby hospitals, they said.
Police said a bus bumped into a passenger car, causing a mass collision of cars behind it.
