Army lieutenant tops ICT test

SEOUL, July 22 (Yonhap) -- A reserve Army lieutenant won first prize at the government-administered test of information and communication technology (ICT) capabilities, the military said Friday.
According to an Army spokesman, Park Jong-sun topped the Test of Practical Competency in Information/Communication Technology (TOPCIT) authorized by the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning, by scoring 595 points out of 1,000.
Park was serving in the army's information system management corps when the test was conducted in May. He has now left the military.
