S. Korea's top diplomat calls for strong message against N.K. nuke
VIENTIANE, July 26 (Yonhap) -- South Korean Foreign Minister Yun Byung-se said Tuesday that North Korea's provocations have become graver than ever and asked Asia-Pacific countries and other regional powers to send a strong message against its nuclear ambitions.
He made the remarks while attending the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) held in the Laotian capital of Vientiane. The forum is the largest regional security gathering and a rare international event attended by North Korea and all other members of the long-halted six-party talks aimed at ending the North's nuclear development program.
