SEOUL, Aug. 20 (Yonhap) -- South Korean boy band BigBang charmed more than 65,000 concertgoers at a special concert on Saturday to celebrate its 10th anniversary.

The five-member hit K-pop group staged "BigBang10 the Concert - 0.TO.10" at the Seoul World Cup Stadium in western Seoul.

The concert revolved around the musical chronicle of BigBang from its debut in 2006 to present.

"I was worried if we would not be popular in South Korea since we have a lot of activities abroad," G-Dragon, the group's frontman, said during the concert.

The three-hour gig attracted audience members from all over the world, mostly from Japan, China and the United States.

"I did not even image that this many people would come. We should have put on the concert for two days," fellow groupmate Taeyang said.

Global star Psy also appeared as a guest and performed mega-hit song "Gangnam Style."

Since their debut in Aug. 19, 2006, BigBang has grown into a world-class band, having successively pulled off a combined 11 concert tours at home and overseas.
