SEOUL Oct. 24 (Yonhap) -- Korean pop diva Lee So-ra is to release a new LP this winter, according to her agency Seiren on Monday. The upcoming album marks her ninth LP after her previous album "8" was released in 2014.

The agency said the new album will consist of heart-warming tracks with Lee's exquisitely sentimental vocals, without giving further details, including the album's title and the exact release date.

The vocalist built a steady career with previous releases including "The wind is blowing," "Please," "As the first impression," and "Propose," which feature profound emotions and Lee’s beautiful voice.

Dabbing in various genres such as ballad, jazz and rock, the singer's self-established unique music style has garnered much love from the public for its heart-rending melodies and artistic lyrics.

The multi-Korean Music Award winner has also won the prestige of having her sixth album "Nunsseopdal" included on the list of the 100 greatest Korean albums.
