S. Korea invites N. Korean magicians to international contest
SEOUL, July 3 (Yonhap) -- South Korea has invited North Korean magicians to an international event in Busan this month, a unification ministry official said Tuesday.
The unification ministry is currently awaiting a response from North Korea after recently inviting North Korean magicians to the World Championships of Magic to be held from July 9-15 in the country's southern port city, according to the official.
The move is in line with the agreement that the two Koreas reached last month that they will invite each other to international events they host going forward, the official said.
