(US-NK summit) N. Korea, U.S. to continue discussing significant improvement in relations
SEOUL, March 1 (Yonhap) -- North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and U.S. President Donald Trump have agreed to continue to discuss "significant" improvement in bilateral relations during their summit talks in Hanoi this week, Pyongyang's official news agency said Friday.
The leaders saw their second summit as a "good chance" to deepen mutual trust and upgrade relations, saying that they promised to meet again for productive discussions, according to the Korean Central News Agency.
It, however, did not make mention of the summit ending on Thursday without signing an agreement or declaration.
