The squad opened a package and found a pile of Laennec injections, also known as placenta injections.
The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety has caught Yoon, aged 56, for the charge of illegally distributing various types of these medicines, which amount to 610 million won.
People who have purchased the medicines from Yoon have also been arrested. They consisted of former or present nurses and housewives, and were charged for using the products for themselves or administrating them to others as nutrients.
They are prescription medicines that require a doctor’s prescription, but they were being used in illegal procedures through quacks that are often called Lady Injections.

The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety warned that if non-licensed individuals treat with prescription medicine, the danger from lack of care and side effects is serious.
