Kim Kyung-Joon Says Attorney Yoo Young-ha Suggested Coming to Korea

The key figure in the BBK stock price manipulation incident, Kim Kyung-joon, argued that it was Yoo Young-ha, attorney for Former President Park Geun-hye, who proposed to that he enter the country.

Kim posted on a social media service, "At the time I told Prosecutor Kim Ki-dong about this, but Kim told me he 'Did not want to hear of it' and instructed me to 'testify about what the Democratic Party did,'" in effect arguing that the prosecution tried to conceal and manipulate the incident.

Attorney Yoo Young-ha retorted that "Common sense can tell you what to make of this," and the prosecution said that Kim's claims have "all been found to be false" in the process of past inspections and trials.
