"Sancheoneo" lamps are installed over the main street of Hwacheon, 118 kilometers northeast of Seoul, on Dec. 3, 2019, ahead of the annual Hwacheon Sancheoneo Ice Festival slated to open Jan. 4. Sancheoneo is a type of trout that lives only in clean fresh water. (Yonhap)
