This photo, captured from the website of the U.S. Air Force on Dec. 6, 2019, shows America's RC-135S Cobra Ball surveillance aircraft. Aviation tracker Aircraft Spots said the United States flew a Cobra Ball and another spy plane over South Korea and the East Sea the same day on apparent missions to monitor North Korea amid concerns that Pyongyang could conduct additional missile tests.
