Lee Nak-yon (L), former prime minister and chairman of the ruling Democratic Party's COVID-19 task force, talks with unionized South Korean employees of the U.S. Forces Korea (USFK) in front of the party's headquarters in Seoul on March 27, 2020. The employees were holding a protest there against the U.S. government's plan to put them on 60-day unpaid leave starting next month, as the two countries have yet to strike a deal on how much Seoul should pay for the cost of stationing 28,500 American troops here. More than half of around 9,000 employees are likely to be affected. (Yonhap)
