Farmers peel persimmons with machines in Yeongdong, North Chungcheong Province, central South Korea, on Oct. 20, 2020, before hanging them to dry. Dried peeled persimmons, known as "gotgam," are a delicacy in South Korea. It takes about 60 days for peeled persimmons to become gotgam. (Yonhap)
