Shigeki Takizaki, director general at the Japanese foreign ministry's Asian and Oceanian affairs bureau, arrives at the foreign ministry in Seoul on Oct. 29, 2020, to meet his South Korean counterpart Kim Jung-han over Tokyo's wartime forced labor and export curbs. Takazaki, who doubles as Japan's chief nuclear envoy, is also expected to meet with Seoul's top nuclear negotiator, Lee Do-hoon. (Yonhap)
