A student from Myanmar calls for South Korea's support for her people's struggle to recover democracy during a news conference held by the Jogye Order, the country's largest Buddhist sect, at the Jogye Temple in Seoul on March 16, 2021, in protest against the Myanmar military's Feb. 1 military coup. The Buddhist group called for Myanmar's military to stop its violence, appealing for the Buddhist sector and the international community to help settle the situation in the Southeast Asian country in a peaceful way.
