S. Korea starts process to join DEPA

South Korean Trade Minister Yeo Han-koo (R) poses during a ceremony to officially declare the start of procedures for South Korea's entry into the Digital Economy Partnership Agreement (DEPA) at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development headquarters in Paris on Oct. 5, 2021. DEPA, which comprises Singapore, New Zealand and Chile, came into effect in January this year as the first multilateral pact that covers digital trade issues. (Yonhap)
