A notice on the government's mandatory vaccine pass system is posted on the entrance of a cafe in Seoul on Jan. 14, 2022, when the Seoul Administrative Court ruled to maintain the system at restaurants and cafes located in Seoul. The system, however, was suspended at department stores and retail outlets. (Yonhap)
