Lee Jun-seok, former leader of the ruling People Power Party, arrives at the Seoul Southern District Court on Aug. 17, 2022, to attend a hearing to review an injunction filed by him against the party's leadership switch. The hearing comes a day after the party endorsed members for its emergency leadership committee, completing the leadership transition that removes the then suspended party chief Lee from office.
