President Yoon Suk Yeol and first lady Kim Keon Hee welcome Aok Rotha to the presidential office in Seoul on Jan. 31, 2023. Kim met the boy, who has a heart disease, during an official visit to Cambodia in November last year, and invited him to South Korea to help him undergo successful surgery in December.
