A meeting of the political bureau of the central committee of North Korea's Workers' Party is held in Pyongyang on Feb. 5, 2023, with Jo Yong-won (standing), the committee's secretary for organizational affairs, presiding, in this photo released by the North's Korean Central News Agency the following day.
